As a specialized full spectrum caregiver, I strive to provide validation, security, and integrity for all reproductive individuals, birthing people, fostering/adoptive parents, and gestational surrogates as they navigate their personal journeys of fertility awareness, conception, pregnancy, loss or unforeseen medical termination, and the immediate postpartum period. My purpose as a doula is to educate, enlighten, and effectively hold space for my clients, while implementing attentive and nurturing care for their families.”

Here at TOL, my holistic, scientifically integrated, evidence-based model of care is incomparable; my specialized support services are strategically tailored to assist individuals/families through their experiences & expectations regarding family planning & termination, fertility tracking & conception, perinatal preventative care, conception methods & appointments, childbirth options & advocacy, placenta encapsulation, navigation of the the fourth trimester, and postpartum mental health (PMADs) awareness. TOL supports the belief that seeking out preventative reproductive health support should ALWAYS be an empowering experience. As a doula-supported mother myself, I believe that clients should feel connected and comfortable with an individual before selecting their support system and specialized caregiver; to promote this powerful bond, I offer a free consultation to make certain I am an optimal fit for each family.

She also supported and advocated for my wants at the hospital, even when I didn't know that I could. She supported me through a planned c section and understood the importance of having support even though it was not to be a vaginal birth. Her presence and advocacy made my partner feel less nervous and he was grateful to have a knowledgeable third party present to take on that job.
