Service Description
This FREE session offers the client(s) a chance to ask me about my model of care & support, weekly availability, group-based support sessions, educational background, past experience, cost of bundled services, payment plans, Teen-Oriented Scholarship program, personal hobbies, and any other understandible factors that may affect their final decision to use my services.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me directly at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations & no-shows are non-refundable and will result in the client being 'flagged' with a warning. To maintain my personable, tight-knit community, I will deny bookings with clients who have received 2 consecutive flags.
I recognize that medical emergencies do happen, and will offer a grace period of 48 hours to reschedule any same-day cancellations. If contact for rescheduling has not been initiated within the 48 hour grace-period, funds will be withheld and the client will lose their priority for future scheduling needs.
