Allow me to be your personal guide as you navigate these uncharted waters of parenthood. Whether you've just welcomed your first child or fifth, I can offer peace of mind to your family as you settle in and adjust to new routines. My specialized support services will offer you a chance to catch your breath, find your bearings, and fully process your infant(s)'s arrival. While providing holistic, evidence-based information & confidence-building guidance, I will also offer you [and your partner(s) or other children] the chance to decompress & self-regulate, experience soundful rest, and focus on your/their own critical needs, as I provide childcare for your infant(s) to include; soothing, diapering, bathing, bottle feeding, sleep & cyrcadian rhythm regulation support, and developmentally appropriate exercises. No matter your situation, I am prepared to meet you where you are and support your individual goals and needs. My services include, but aren't limited to: tailored infant care, PMAD support, evidence-based guidance, surrogate & adoption transfer support, unbiased trauma-informed care, minimal housecleaning & organization, meal prep, errand runs, sibling introduction & rivalry support, and minimal lactation and feeding coaching (full service offered seperately at an additional cost, may be bundled for a reduced fee). Disclaimer: My primary objective for daytime postpartum support is to provide unbiased care and support to both the birthing individual and/or infant(s) during the postpartum period. It is NOT expected of a doula to provide maid-oriented services for clients, and therefore will result in an extra fee if additional housework is expected or desired. If additional extended daytime support is desired, I am available at an hourly rate of $45.
