Allow me to be your personal guide as you navigate these uncharted waters of parenthood. Whether you've just welcomed your first child or fifth, I can offer peace of mind to your family as you settle in and adjust to new routines. My specialized support services will offer you a chance to catch your breath, find your bearings, and fully process your infant(s)'s arrival. While providing holistic, evidence-based information & confidence-building guidance, I will also offer you [and your partner(s) or other children] the chance to decompress & self-regulate, experience soundful rest, and focus on your/their own critical needs, as I provide childcare for your infant(s) to include; soothing, diapering, bathing, bottle feeding, sleep & cyrcadian rhythm regulation support, and developmentally appropriate exercises. No matter your situation, I am prepared to meet you where you are and support your individual goals and needs. My nighttime postpartum services include: evidence-based information & guidance on the fourth trimester, minimal help with household chores and organization, bottle/pump parts washing & sterilization, meal prep, nighttime sibling care to promote bonding with infant, in-hospital support immediately following birth (on-call support requires an additional fee), minimal breast/chest feeding & positioning guidance (full service is provided seperately, may be bundled for an additional, reduced fee), tailored infant care, and tailored supportive care for birthing individual as they recover from birth. *Disclaimer: My primary objective for nighttime postpartum support is to provide unbiased care and support to both the birthing individual and/or infant(s) during the postpartum period. It is NOT expected of a doula to provide maid-oriented services for clients, and therefore will result in an extra fee if additional housework is expected or desired. If additional extended nighttime support is desired, I am available at an hourly rate of $50.
