As a member of a younger generation that currently populates the planet, I know how scarce informative, unbiased reproductive education can be for a teen, nonetheless a homegrown, underrepresented minority. Your family may want the absolute best for you and expect promising, life-related outcomes, but having necessary conversations regarding topics such as reproduction, safe intercourse, forms of contraception, pregnancy, medical termination, adoption, and cycle awareness may not be the most comfortable concepts to chat about during lunch. As a Full Spectrum (FS) doula [and human that has lived life], I have been extensively educated on the hot topics & sworn secrecy regarding menstrual periods, puberty-induced body dysmorphia, hook-ups, one-night stands, ‘side piece’ culture, baby trapping, polygamy, adult content culture & addiction, LGBTQIA+ affiliation, relationship-related NSSI/depression/anxiety, recreational drug addiction, and the list goes on. I am not here to judge you or your preferences, but rather provide evidence-based, preventative support to help protect you and your partner(s) during reproductive ‘encounters’. Because I am a firm believer in making reproductive education accessible for teens and young adults, as well as acknowledging money as the #1 barrier keeping younger generations from proper educational opportunities, I offer my services at a reduced hourly rate of $35. If an underaged individual happens to already be pregnant, I can also offer any of my pregnancy & postpartum-related services at a reduced price. My main goal as a FS doula is to instill confidence into my clients & provide them with the supportive care they deserve. The age group I aim to cater to is 14-20 years old (younger if applicable).
